I recently stayed at a stunning property in Reykjavik for a few days. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with all the popular sights and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the communication with the host was excellent. I was also grateful that they allowed us to drop off our luggage early. a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend the Grey Apartments. My friend and I stayed for a week and found the spacious and clean apartment to be perfect for our needs. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Checking in was a breeze with the key provided in a locker box. The location is superb, with shops, restaurants, and popular landmarks within walking distance. Customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to any queries. If I return to this city, I will definitely stay at the Grey Apartments again.

Great location, close to supermarkets and with good communication from the apartment owner. the key collection process was easy and there were even some tea bags and coffee left from previous occupants, which was a nice touch. the apartment was small but warm and cosy, with good facilities and a quiet atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located accommodation in Reykjavik. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and was clean and comfortable. Being right in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent, being close to bus stop 6 where most tours depart from. It is also conveniently located near the city center and next to the big church. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a good shower/bath. The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful in rearranging our dates.

The sound insulation in the apartment could be improved, as we could hear conversations and footsteps from the apartment above.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it's close to the bus station and a short walk along the river bank to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, honoring a discounted rate for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, were clean and well-maintained.

We had an amazing stay at Grey Apartments for 4 nights. The staff was kind and professional, upgrading us to a spacious luxury apartment. It had two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, all beautifully furnished and decorated. The central location was perfect, just a block away from everything. We enjoyed the convenience of having Braud & Co across the street and easy access to bus stops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants, steps away from Laugavegur. Nicely decorated and spacious apartment with a drying room for clothes. Excellent customer service and quick response to inquiries. Smooth rearrangement of dates when necessary. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect Location: Grey Apartments is centrally located in Reykjavík, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks such as the Solfar Sun Voyager, Hallgrímskirkja Church, and Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre. It's like having all the famous sites right at your doorstep, making exploring the city incredibly convenient!

Limited Recycling Bins: While our stay at Grey Apartments was fantastic, we did notice a minor issue with the lack of separate bins for recycling glass, metal, etc. It would be great to see more options for recycling, although we understand that this might not be common throughout Iceland due to the current practices.

The room was spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable beds. The location was superb, close to the main street and within walking distance of popular attractions like Hallgrimskirkja. The staff was responsive and helpful, answering our questions promptly and providing clear instructions for check-in.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is the variety of food options available.
