Traveling for leisure, we stayed at Guesthouse in Brekka for 3 nights. the room was comfortable and clean, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a fantastic heater. the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the in-house restaurant offered delicious meals, and the location was perfect for exploring Akureyri and Husavik. Additionally, the lovely living room area and nice bedrooms made our stay very enjoyable.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a guesthouse with a stunning location on a hill. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly. DEFINITELY coming back! the garden area is even more beautiful than it looks in photos.

Nice and clean cabin for our family, great location to explore northern Iceland with a car. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and delicious goulash at the on-site restaurant.

The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired, with some areas not properly cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, a significant issue was the presence of a large number of flies inside the house, which was unpleasant and disruptive to our stay.

Guesthouse provided an excellent experience during a storm, upgrading our room and offering a cozy shared living room with entertainment. the staff was accommodating, helping with cancellations and offering an extra night at a discounted rate. Breakfast was delicious with complimentary coffee and tea. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
