The hosts were incredibly friendly and the communication with them was excellent. the location of the guesthouse was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of glaciers and the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the homemade jam was a wonderful treat.

The room was quite noisy and lacked privacy, as it was located near the entrance with a window facing the parking area. the beds were also quite high, making it difficult to climb in and out.

As a tourist, I loved the stunning backdrop of the farm and glacier, providing a beautiful and picturesque setting. The owners were so accommodating, allowing me to check-in late and ensuring a smooth arrival. The on-site restaurant may have been closed, but breakfast was still provided in the charming cafe. The little kitchen for guests was a convenient bonus. The couple who owns the place were incredibly sweet and welcoming, offering helpful directions and suggestions for exploring the area. It truly felt like staying on a real farm, with animals nearby. Plus, it was conveniently located for visiting Vik, Jokulsarlon, and Skaftafell.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent, allowing us to easily see the Northern lights and visit the glaciers. The hotel facilities were clean and provided everything we needed, such as a lockable room with a single bed and a towel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options including lamb pate, salads, fruits, cereals. We also appreciated the host's flexibility in accommodating our late arrival and their concern for our safety. it was a lovely stay on beautiful grounds with a sweet dog named Lucas.

The farm atmosphere with animals added a special touch. The highlight was definitely the renowned restaurant on the property, Don Riki, which served delicious food and had affordable prices.
