We had a fantastic stay at this charming guesthouse. The cabins are situated in front of breathtaking mountains, providing stunning views day and night. Although we didn't see the northern lights during our visit, it's definitely a great spot for viewing them. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including waffles, toast, cold fish. The owners were friendly, and we loved the fact that the guesthouse is located on a working farm, complete with adorable pet lambs. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the glacier lagoons and a beautiful hike behind the farm.

I had an amazing stay at a guesthouse in a convenient location close to the main road. The room felt like a cosy log cabin with beautiful surroundings. The homemade recipes offered for breakfast were delicious, and I was impressed with the variety. The host was lovely and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. it was a clean and well-designed room with a peaceful and warm dining environment.

Convenient location near Jokulsarlon, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, delicious dinner and breakfast, access to kitchen fridge. Nearby mountains and glacier for stunning walks. Great modern bathroom, warm and spacious room. Lovely hosts, proud of local heritage. Nice views towards sea and cliffs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. There was ample parking available, and the location was perfect, just 30 minutes from the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. The staff was also very accommodating and provided helpful information in the reception area, including arranging glacier tours and glacier walks. The breakfast spread in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Cozy farmhouse in a scenic location near Hofn and Jokulsarlon with friendly hosts who were very helpful with recommendations for the area. Beautiful view of a waterfall and farms, along with cute sheep and a friendly dog. Clean and comfortable twin beds, with a spacious room compared to other places in Iceland. Delicious breakfast with homemade sheep pate and a wonderful dinner option available.

This hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom which was amazing. The breakfast included in the rate was also fantastic, with good variety and some selections that we hadn't had on our trip so far. The location was also fantastic, situated between two hills in national park with easy access to hiking trail heads.

Set in a charming farm location, this hotel boasts stunning mountain views and gives easy access to scenic trails. You can also enjoy excellent food at the nearby Jon Riki hotel. The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with friendly service, and the breakfast selection is great. You can take in the authentic Icelandic atmosphere and even witness newborn sheep on the farm.

The walls between some rooms may be a bit thin, making it challenging to sleep if other guests are loud.

The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked some amenities we have come to expect, like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. the noise from nearby animals could be a bit overwhelming at times.
