Additionally, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other guesthouses I've stayed in. The bathroom was small but modern and clean, with all the basic amenities available. Moreover, the location was ideal as it offered everything I needed to prepare meals and chill after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for large groups of people.

What I loved about this lovely guest house is the warm and cozy decoration throughout the property. The charming artwork and decor created a welcoming and homely atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and at ease in the general areas of the house, especially the spacious living room with its comfortable seating and cozy fireplace. The accessibility was also excellent, with well-lit hallways and easily navigable spaces, making it perfect for senior people like myself.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be to have additional assistance available from the staff's children or other members of the team. While the staff themselves were kind and helpful, having extra help specifically designated for the needs of senior guests would have enhanced the overall experience even more.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautifully renovated home in a quiet location. the host, Elin, was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable about Icelandic culture and traditions. She even suggested an alternative route for our travel plans to avoid bad roads. the rooms were comfortable and we appreciated the upgraded ones with private bathrooms. the shared common area and kitchen were perfect for cooking and meeting other travelers. it was a very warm and clean accommodation in a charming fishing village. Highly recommended!

Adorable house with plenty of space in the common areas. Didn't use the kitchen, but it looked fully equipped. Own bathroom was a plus, but sharing would've been such a delight. Quick response from hosts made everything a breeze. Could've stayed longer, but that's anywhere on Ring road.

Oh, how I longed for the joy of doing laundry at the studio apartment. A washer and dryer would've truly completed my posh vacation experience.

The breakfast was great and they offered us free hot chocolate and cookies in the evening. the location was close to the beach and we could take a walk anytime. the room had a big window and the view was amazing.

The walls were thin and we could hear every little noise from the other guests. the bathroom was shared and we had to wait in line to use it.

The location of the hotel was convenient, right off Highway 1. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The owners of the hotel were very considerate, providing scented towels and a high-quality hairdryer. The amenities in the kitchen were well-equipped for our cooking needs. the hotel provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could've been better was if there were some partying facilities. We were a group of young peeps looking to have a wild time, and while the house was awesome, there wasn't a specific space for partying.
