We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. It's perfect for exploring the city and everything is within walking distance. The staff here were amazing, always cheerful and willing to help. They even upgraded us to a suite when we had noise issues with our original room. The room itself was very comfortable with comfortable beds, great shower, and deep baths. The spa facilities looked amazing, although we didn't get a chance to use them. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had an incredible experience! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the city easily. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. we had a fantastic Xmas at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Although our stay was mostly wonderful, there were a few downsides. The hotel did not have parking available, which was inconvenient as we had to find street parking and carry our bags to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the city center, many great restaurants, and all the action. It's situated in a quiet square, but conveniently close to Bus Stop 3, making it ideal for all my excursions. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special. The room amenities were excellent, including a sitting area, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, Jamie Oliver's, which served excellent food. The breakfast provided in Jamie's hotel was also very nice. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even granting us a late checkout so we could enjoy our bicycle tour.

Recently stayed at Hotel Borg for a few nights during our trip to Iceland. The hotel's central location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops nearby.
