The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, we particularly enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms, which provided a relaxing environment for our stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were disappointing. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as it was not cleaned or the bed made on the second day of our stay.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing us with a list of amazing food places that did not disappoint. Our room was the best I've ever stayed in, with a breathtaking view from the sauna/balcony. The whole hotel was clean and beautiful, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.
