We recently stayed at a charming hostel nestled in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks. The owner, Paul, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The clean and well-maintained guest house had a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for guests to use. We especially loved the small patio, offering a 360-degree view of the stunning landscape.

The rooms were a bit small and the walls thin, resulting in some noise.

The location of this hostel was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and fjords. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. They were also knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful recommendations for exploring the surrounding trails.

the cleanliness of the kitchen was subpar. Upon arrival, we found dirty dishes piled up in the sink and an almost full dishwasher with a strong odor.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the picturesque walking trails near the hostel. The owner, Pall, was super helpful in recommending places to visit in the Westfjords and helped us plan our route.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for activities and sights in the area. The house and room were clean, warm, and comfortable.- The kitchen was a nice size and well-equipped for cooking.

The room was a bit small for three people, but it wasn't a major issue. The hostel can get crowded and noisy, especially in the kitchen and shared facilities.

Our Christmas stay at this cute hostel in the breathtaking Westfjords was an absolute delight! The location was simply mesmerizing, surrounded by stunning landscapes and secluded from the hustle and bustle of city life. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful hiking trails that were right at our doorstep, making our holiday extra special. we were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us with a rental car issue, proving their exceptional customer service.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of drawbacks. the size of the hostel was a bit small for the number of guests it accommodated, which sometimes led to crowded and noisy communal areas.

the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even calling the rental car company for us when we had a problem. the house itself is charming and full of history, being an old farm. the rooms, although small, added to the cozy atmosphere. the shared kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a whole fridge just. I also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, which provided days' worth of adventure. a delightful and memorable stay.
