She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even gave us a complimentary dessert. the location was isolated with beautiful surroundings, including a tranquil lake and mountains in the distance.

The bunk bed room was small and lacked hooks to hang things on. the bathroom facilities were limited and the shower room's exhaust fan wasn't functioning properly.
