We got a fantastic value for our money at Osar. The room was clean, comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade to a private cottage. The location was breathtaking, right by the beach with a view of the ocean and mountains. The staff treated us very well, allowing us to check in early and providing us with helpful tips on where to see seals. The owner's conversation about horses and Iceland was a highlight of our stay.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Tjorn for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The manager, whose name I can't recall, was incredibly kind and always ready to assist whenever needed. The view from the hostel is absolutely breathtaking, with the ocean, mountain, and the famous Hvitserkur rock. The warm welcome and personal touch, with my name on the door, made me feel special. The owner was very knowledgeable about the country and we had a great conversation. The hostel is located in a remote area, perfect for nature lovers, and there is even a nearby spot with private thermal pools overlooking the ocean and mountains. a unique and delightful experience that I will definitely repeat!

We had a delightful stay in a cozy cabin with warm heating and a fully equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, offering stunning views of the ocean and mountains. We were also lucky enough to spot a colony of seals from our bedroom window.

Cleanliness was an issue during our stay. the bathrooms and toilets lacked soap, making it difficult to properly wash our hands.
