I recently stayed at a hostel in Tjorn for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The manager, whose name I can't recall, was incredibly kind and always ready to assist whenever needed. The view from the hostel is absolutely breathtaking, with the ocean, mountain, and the famous Hvitserkur rock. The warm welcome and personal touch, with my name on the door, made me feel special. The owner was very knowledgeable about the country and we had a great conversation. The hostel is located in a remote area, perfect for nature lovers, and there is even a nearby spot with private thermal pools overlooking the ocean and mountains. a unique and delightful experience that I will definitely repeat!

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and mountains from the upper floor rooms. It was really quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even allowed me to change rooms when I arrived early in the afternoon. The manager, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, was particularly outstanding in providing excellent service.

The proximity to the famous rock formation beach was a major highlight. the hostel was super clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. the beds were comfortable and we were able to change rooms easily. We also enjoyed watching seals at the nearby beach and had the opportunity to have interesting conversations with the owner about Iceland and horses.

There was only one bathroom, which might be inconvenient when the hostel is crowded. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at a charming cabin in Tjorn for a few nights. The staff at this cozy retreat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The wooden rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. There was even the option to order meals, which was convenient, especially for late-night cravings. Although the walls were thin and it could get noisy, the breathtaking view of the lake more than made up for it. I also loved the short walk to the beach, where I got to see seals basking in the sun. The proximity to The Monster, a local attraction, was another highlight. I would definitely return to this idyllic retreat.

The entire place was meticulously clean, and it had a cozy and home-like atmosphere. the best aspects were the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the breathtaking location.
