I was thrilled with my stay at the Reykjavik Residence. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city on foot, and the multiple bus stops right in front of the hotel made it easy to access tour buses. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed me to save money by cooking my own meals. The helpful reception staff provided excellent service, and there was even a PC with a printer available for guests to use. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Reykjavik.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location cannot be beat, close to everything! The bus stop is near as well as the harbour. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with a super comfy bed. The breakfast options are delicious and there are kitchen facilities if you'd like to make your own food. The staff are very accommodating, going above and beyond to help.

The entrance is slightly challenging, so make sure to ask for help with your bags.

The hotel is in a prime location, just off the main shopping street and close to everything, including the convenient bus stop 7. It's also within walking distance to the major sights in the city. The apartments offer spacious rooms with comfortable beds, equipped with a mini kitchen that has coffee, kettle, and toaster. The bathrooms are clean and come with nice soap and shampoo.

The hotel lacks certain conveniences such as on-site parking, which means guests have to pay for spaces on the road outside.

We stayed at the Artisan House for a couple of nights and it was perfect for us. The contemporary design of the apartment was impressive, and despite being a little smaller than expected, it was just right for a couple. The in-room facilities, like the Nespresso machine, were a fantastic bonus. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the high street and there was no need for a car. Parking was street parking only, but we had no trouble finding a spot. The building and room were modern and updated, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The room was clean and quiet, and they even provided L'Occitane products in the bathroom. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The kitchenette was well equipped and the hotel even provided coffee capsules, making our mornings easier. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cezar who went above and beyond to assist us. the location was excellent, with convenient access to bus stops and all the sights within walking distance.

Disliked the uphill walk from the bus stop, it was quite a struggle with all our luggage. the directions to the hotel could have been clearer, as we were dropped off in the rain and wind and had to figure out the location ourselves.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was very impressive. The location is perfect because it's in the center of everything. The amenities were great, ranging from laundry and dry cleaning to a bar/lounge area. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay. Additionally, the room was equipped with everything I needed such as a kitchen, washing machine, and TV. this place definitely exceeded my expectations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the centre of the action and next to the main shopping street. Secondly, the complimentary breakfast was delicious with large portions. And thirdly, the rooms were equipped with a kitchenette and enough electric plugs, and the fresh bread delivered to the door daily was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence! The apartment was amazing - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed in the kitchenette. The added extras like free milk, juice, and a coffee machine with pods were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, right in the middle of shops and a short walk to the old harbour. The desk staff went above and beyond to help me when my tour was cancelled, recommending and arranging an even better one. The cleanliness and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reykjavik.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed at 2 different properties and loved both! Clean and beautiful rooms, fantastic downtown location, and above and beyond service. The second property was a family suite, decorated with the cute Tulipop theme, and the kids received adorable Tulipop gifts. The staff quickly accommodated our needs with a smile.

Spent xmas in a place steps away from the best shopping and restaurant streets in town. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen: perfect for xmas dinner. Welcoming fruit basket and the availability of fresh bread daily was a great touch, not to mention the luxury of having a Nespresso machine in the morning.

Few amenities and limited toiletries provided. the entrance was not well lit and took some getting used to, especially in the winter time.
