As women traveling alone, we felt really welcomed and safe during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even offered a wake-up call service for the Northern lights. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the spa and sauna were a great addition to our stay.

We had no complaints whatsoever. The experience was fantastic from start to finish.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hella and had a great romantic escape. the hotel staff was incredibly communicative prior to our arrival, updating us and answering any questions we had. the rooms were warm and cozy, with an incredibly comfy bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the south, with easy access to the Golden Circle sights. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was able to cater to our dietary needs, providing a gluten-free breakfast which was a nice touch.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't quite enjoy. the evening buffet at the hotel was average, with very small puddings and a minimal selection.

I stayed at this hotel in Hella for a few nights during my tour of the South of Iceland. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and bakery just across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though our restaurant orders got mixed up, they quickly made up for it. The room, although small, was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety and the quality was excellent. I also enjoyed the hot tub and saunas during my stay.

This place was a great stop en route touring. We reached here easily, right off the roundabout, and were pleasantly surprised by its location in an area that looked like a provisory portacabin. After a long walk through a hall with other portacabin-like buildings spreading out like wings, we found this hotel which turned out to be quite luxurious. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern and spacious, and the amenities provided, like heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace and patio with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. Additionally, we had complimentary dressing gowns for the outdoor jacuzzi and saunas, adding to the overall enhanced experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off Route 1, making it ideal for exploring the south coast and Golden Circle sights. The hotel was new and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff, especially Edda and Alda, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They had all the time in the world to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel had nice outdoor hot tubs and saunas, which were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast provided was delicious and set us up for the day ahead.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hella for three nights while exploring the stunning Ring Road. The buffet breakfast on the second floor offered a great selection and a lovely view of the scenery. The hot tubs and saunas in the back yard were a nice added touch for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The spacious rooms and clean amenities, including a hot tub and sauna, made for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location near the geysir area was a definite plus.
