We had a wonderful experience staying at the cottages in Uthlid. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore popular tourist sights such as Geysir, Gullfoss, and Thingvillier. the cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen/living room. the highlight was definitely the hot tub outside, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views of nature. We were even lucky enough to witness the beautiful Aurora from our cottage. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the traditional lamb meat soup. we highly recommend these cottages for a visit to the area.

The cottages were lovely with a beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger cottage at no extra cost, which was incredibly spacious. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and we really enjoyed our stay here, even if it was only for a few nights. We would highly recommend staying at these cottages, especially for their convenient location near attractions like the Geysers and Gullfoss.
