The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. Despite a few room-related issues, the warm and helpful staff truly made up for any shortcomings.

Aakar is a top-notch spot. Tasty in-room dining, vibrant surroundings, and loads of fun activities. Oh, and you can forget about getting in if you're even a minute late - how thrilling!

Couldn't stand the bathroom odor - felt like a spa!

had a great stay at Lords in the centre of the city. superb breakfast and food, staff like Mr Mahender, Kartik, umesh, sagar. swift response during a power failure. family felt truly cared for, no hassles. excellent location, lake facing top floor room fulfilled, long list of facilities, spacious rooms, good parking.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the highway, offering easy access for travelers. the hotel is right opposite the Saputara lake, providing a beautiful view for guests. However, the subpar sound insulation in the rooms greatly affected my overall experience.

I had a great stay: fantastic lake view location, spacious rooms, and a variety of facilities including a pool and gym. Staff were exceptional, making my anniversary memorable with quick response to a late-night power outage.

Everything great; had an issue with driver accommodation;

the database access provided was extremely useful and I appreciated the easy navigation and comprehensive information available. the rooms were amazing - spacious and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and lake from my window.

The only downside I found was that the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby was a bit spotty at times, making it slightly inconvenient for me to work on my laptop while enjoying the hotel amenities.

This hotel in the center of the city offers great value for money. The scenic view of the lake from the rooms is breathtaking and definitely worth the stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Aakar Lords Inn Saputara in Saputara offers an excellent location with a view, spacious rooms, and a long list of facilities. the staff were incredibly helpful and made our Anniversary memorable. the bathroom had some issues. the outdoor swimming pool, library, and garden area added to our relaxation, while nearby landmarks like Table Point and Sunset Point enhanced our family bonding experience.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to this hotel and were blown away by the stunning location and impeccable service. the hotel is situated in a fantastic spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious options for all tastes. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable.

The registration process could have been smoother, with some miscommunications and confusion at check-in. the quality of the food was inconsistent, with some dishes being underwhelming.

We recently stayed at Aakar Lords Inn and were assigned a lake facing room on the 3rd floor. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the picturesque lake and ropeway. The hotel staff provided us with a warm welcome drink upon arrival.

Although we were initially surprised to find that there was no tea maker in the room, the situation was quickly resolved after speaking with the manager. Within minutes, a hotel employee came to our room with an electric kettle and all the materials needed for making tea.

Great lake view. Convenient location for local attractions. Adequate breakfast. Affordable option.
