The restaurant food is good and the breakfast spread is also enjoyable. The staff works hard to make guests comfortable, although more front reception staff would be helpful. The hotel offers abundant wildlife, including macaques and chipmunks, and has a swimming pool. a great experience with a friendly and helpful staff.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Kumily. The location was perfect, right in the center of town but also at the edge of the forest. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The rooms had a fantastic ambience with a balcony that provided stunning views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options for every taste.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of downtown. It is surrounded by a lovely garden and is just a short walk away from the main sites and attractions. The restaurant serves delicious food with only a short waiting time, and the staff provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Guests are also treated to a flower lei and tropical juice upon arrival.

Some minor technical issues were reported, such as the key not opening the door and a delay in receiving hot water.

We were pleasantly surprised to find our room bright, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions. One particular incident stood out to us - the restaurant staff went out of their way to return a bag I had left with my passports, showing their honesty and integrity. our stay at Abad was enjoyable and we would recommend it.
