I had a pleasant stay at this hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by Joy at the reception and the friendly staff. Breakfast could use more variety for children, but the quality of food and courteous service made up for it. The room was cozy but well-equipped, and the location near Dheusagar amusement park was convenient. Some restaurant improvements are needed, but overall, a delightful experience.

the poolside cafe was fantastic with delicious breakfast. the serene location surrounded by trees added to the charm of the hotel. the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool offered great relaxation options, but a self-service water purifier would be a handy addition. a top-notch experience and excellent value for the price. 🌿

Stayed at a hotel with a "lovely" pool, friendly staff, and a buffet that could feed a village. A fitness room for those who feel the need to burn off the buffet excess.

Joy Sankar Mandal's exceptional service stood out along with the friendly floor staff. the location, adjacent to the amusement park and Science city, was perfect. the hotel's fire safety measures were commendable. Delicious food at Deli K Sea restaurant and a lavish breakfast buffet left us satisfied. Spacious rooms, a great pool, and a fabulous view added to our delightful stay. Cons: Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed - a coffee machine for my morning kick, a comfy bed to crash after a day at the beach, and a TV for some downtime.

The beach being a bit of a stroll away might not suit everyone's beach bum style.

Our two-night stay was amazing! We booked a Cabana suite which had a private deck leading to the pool. the room was spacious and had a dining table, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. the staff were courteous and professional and always ready to help. the food was delicious, with a lot of variety on the menu. We especially loved the delectable breakfast spread. the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time there. the security guards were friendly and helpful.

The only thing the hotel could do better is to streamline their checkout process to avoid any misunderstandings. they should ensure that rooms are cleaned daily, even if there is a sign on the door indicating that the room needs cleaning.
