The room was spacious, and the location was top-notch in the lively Kalyani Nagar area. Big shoutout to Ambika and the staff for being super friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was decent too. Plus, the nearby dining scene at places like Cafe Colombia and Vaango Vaango was a foodie's dream come true!

Attending a convention, the Amenities available on request like irons/ironing boards were convenient. the location was ideal for both business and leisure, offering a pleasant stay.

The cozy rooms with a balcony and kitchenette were a big hit, offering a comfortable stay. the staff, especially Mr Thapa, were highly commendable for their friendliness and efficiency. the location was perfect and the cleanliness standards were excellent. the efficiency of the elevator and breakfast quality could be improved.

Located in a vibrant and green neighborhood, AR Suites Fontana Bay offers a peaceful stay near the railway station, Aga Khan Palace, and is close to the airport. The spacious apartment suites feature a mini kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-functioning amenities. The staff, like Rameez and Chandan, provide helpful and friendly service. Complimentary breakfast offers a good variety and dishes like the Veg Thali are tasty and satisfying. The hotel's central location allows easy access to quality eating outlets, including the famous German Bakery.

Spent my Xmas at a serviced apartment that was really spacious with a cozy living room, big bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. the staff was very friendly and quick to cater to any of our needs. Being in the heart of the city, we easily accessed cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers around. What I loved the most was the balcony view that showed the bustling city below. the location was just perfect for us, we were in the heart of the city and enjoyed everything that Pune had to offer.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the serviced apartment, the internet connection was not always reliable. the bathroom door had a small crack, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low at times.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Pune. the location was great - it was green, quiet, and felt like it was in the city center. I loved the fact that they had a kitchen in the apartments with all the necessary amenities. It was a welcomed change from relying on food delivery. The large comfortable bed and daily housecleaning were also a plus.
