Just had the most amazing stay in Darjeeling! the spacious room had an incredible MOUNTAIN VIEW. the gardens were a beautiful spot to relax. Definitely coming back! the view in person is even better than the photos.

The rooms were quite cozy and well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. the beautiful view from the rooms was an added bonus.

The location was quite inconvenient. It was situated quite far away from the main areas, making it difficult to commute.

The resort's staff provided excellent service, offering transportation from Station and to Airport. The room had a generous size with a balcony offering views of the mountains. The food, including personalized breakfast options, was of high quality. Can't wait to return!

During my stay at Arcadia, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Kanchenjunga from my room. The cleanliness and high-quality fittings in both the bathroom and the room itself were commendable. The spaciousness of the room provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially Rupesh, the hotel car driver, went above and beyond with their friendly and prompt service. The Indian cuisine served at the hotel was also delicious. I had a wonderful experience staying at Arcadia.

While the Chinese cuisine could have been better, it was not a major drawback as the hotel offered a variety of other delicious options. The distance from the Mall was a bit far, but the incredible mountain views more than compensated for it.

The rooms have cute balconies, providing a chance to enjoy the amazing view of the nearby mountains.

It would be great if the hotel offered a wider variety of food options for guests to choose from.
