I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can confidently say that I was impressed with the overall experience. the hotel provided excellent value for money with its reasonable prices. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the well-maintained rooms to the provision of electric blankets, even on short notice. Moreover, the staff were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my stay at Arcadia, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Kanchenjunga from my room. The cleanliness and high-quality fittings in both the bathroom and the room itself were commendable. The spaciousness of the room provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially Rupesh, the hotel car driver, went above and beyond with their friendly and prompt service. The Indian cuisine served at the hotel was also delicious. I had a wonderful experience staying at Arcadia.

While the Chinese cuisine could have been better, it was not a major drawback as the hotel offered a variety of other delicious options. The distance from the Mall was a bit far, but the incredible mountain views more than compensated for it.

Located a bit further away from the main market, this beautifully designed hotel offers spacious rooms with well-equipped amenities. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with any requests. The cozy restaurant serves homely, tasty food with a lovely mix of local and continental options. The rooms have cute balconies, providing a chance to enjoy the amazing view of the nearby mountains.

It would be great if the hotel offered a wider variety of food options for guests to choose from.
