One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as it was quite limited. the property could benefit from some minor maintenance to enhance overall satisfaction.

Nothing could have been better.

The décor of the hotel was simply charming, with cozy corners and beautiful floral arrangements that reminded me of my grandmother's home. the general areas were thoughtfully designed, making it easy for us seniors to navigate and relax.

I wish there were more comfortable seating options for seniors in the common areas.

The view was alright and the staff were friendly enough. the location was good in terms of being close to the beach and having nearby restaurants to dine at. the pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, with spider webs visible on the walls and the under cupboards removed. the curtains in the room were not functioning and the toilet was dirty despite being stated as sanitized.

The room service was top-notch, and I loved the fact that they offered car hire and laundry services. The room itself was great, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the mini-bar. I was very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

The service at Aurum Resorts was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help, especially Gaurav and Raju who assisted with my travel arrangements. They even allowed me to check in early without any hassle. The pool and walkway were very clean, providing a pleasant environment. Additionally, the location was great with a partial sea view available.

The breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians who only had bread, butter, and aloo paratha. It would have been nice to have more variety and coffee served.
