The upgraded Deluxe room at this hotel was superb - everything in great working order, cozy bathroom with all the essentials, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They even kindly couriered a forgotten item from the room promptly. the adventure zone was a blast, with fun activities like archery and zip-lining, and the cultural show was a delightful experience. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of local and western options.

Minor improvements could be made in the staff's training and communication. Some waiters lacked proper training and etiquette, and there were issues with unruly children running wild without much intervention.

Wedding woes aside, the unfriendly front desk couldn't dim the delicious experiences we savored.

The database had a very user-friendly interface, making it easy for me to search and find the information I needed quickly. the wide range of filters allowed me to narrow down my search and easily compare different options.

One minor negative aspect I encountered was that the loading times for some of the larger tables in the database were a bit slow at times.

The location of the resort is quite picturesque, with a serene pond adding to the natural beauty. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is well-maintained with an open to sky bubble bath. The staff is quick and responsive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious, and they even have a high tea in the evening. The resort also offers entertainment options like folk dance shows and an adventure zone for guests to enjoy.

The outside entertainment at night can make it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel more than satisfied my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered well-trained staff, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. the Outdoor swimming pool area was serene with plenty of Sun loungers and a Garden area to unwind in. the restaurant served in-room breakfast and Special diet menus with variety.

That the Plunge pool was relatively small.

The resort had a great location, set against a beautiful hill. the food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some aspects that we did not enjoy. the swimming pool was not climate-controlled, making it difficult to use during certain times of the day.

My stay at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa was a delight. The location was perfect, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The newly renovated property was clean and well-maintained, with new fittings and a modern look. The buffet spreads during the cultural shows in the evening were outstanding, and the breakfast was lavish. The staff provided good room service and even packed meals for our day trips, which was a great convenience. Despite being a little farther from the city center, I had no trouble getting around thanks to the availability of Ola, Uber, and local autos. I would definitely recommend Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa for a pleasant stay.
