I recently stayed at Banyan Tree and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even fulfilling a late-night request for milk. The ambience of the hotel was great, with a convenient location near popular tourist attractions. The room was excellent, with a spacious bathroom and cleanliness was top-notch. I received wonderful tips and suggestions from Kaushal, and Nagendra was always friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
