The hotel had clean rooms, spacious enough, and provided 24 hr hot water. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and polite. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and attractions. The food was good, with a variety of options available, and the free breakfast and wifi were a bonus. the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Can't fault anything about it.

The room and bathroom were clean and I could tell that the staff worked hard to keep it that way. the location was great and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. the best aspect of my stay was the friendly staff who were always willing to help us out.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like. the second worst aspect was the noisy environment - the street noise and construction was relentless.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Varanasi. The location was perfect, with the Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dasaswamedh ghat within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had the option to open windows, which allowed for fresh air.
