My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. the staff here were amongst the friendliest and most attentive I have ever encountered. They were not only welcoming but also extremely helpful, making sure that every need was met promptly. the restaurant served delicious multi-course meals, including a variety of options and generous portions, all at a reasonable price. the car hire service made exploring the beautiful surroundings hassle-free.

Despite the overall fantastic experience, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. while the food was abundant, it could have had a bit more flavor to truly stand out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location on a steep hillside surrounded by tea plantations was absolutely breathtaking. The view from the terrace was stunning and we enjoyed spending our mornings sipping coffee while enjoying the serene atmosphere. The staff provided top-notch service and were very helpful in recommending activities to do in the area. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, excellent service, and luxurious facilities.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue, we felt that it was a bit overpriced. The food, while tasty, wasn't the best we've had in Kerala and the breakfast buffet was just average.

The culinary delights at Blackberry Hills Munnar are a foodie's dream come true, with delectable meals that keep you coming back for more. the efforts to reduce plastic use and embrace sustainability are commendable, creating a peaceful retreat close to Munnar. the front desk, led by the knowledgeable Mr Anaz, is a treasure trove of helpful information for the best day trips in the area.

While some rooms may struggle with dampness common in forest settings, the hotel's location at the end of a dusty town can initially give off mixed vibes. once you step inside the lush surroundings, all concerns dissipate into the tranquility of the natural landscape.

I had an incredible stay at Blackberry Hills. The welcome drink was a delicious berry concoction that instantly put me in a great mood. The staff, especially Anandhu, Sanal, and Krishnan, were so attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a stunning view of the tea and cardamom plantations. The details in the room, like the flower petals and banana leaf soap holders, added a special touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with great shower and organic soaps. The spa experience was excellent, thanks to Jerome and Shanu. The restaurant, Hornbill, offered delicious food with outstanding views. I had an amazing time at Blackberry Hills and I can't wait to come back!
