As young families, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and the fantastic view of the city from the upstairs area. The hotel team was incredibly accommodating and helpful, catering to all our needs and requests.

The hotel's architecture is charming, reflecting traditional Havali style. the location is very central, with most of the city's highlights within walking distance. the bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking in variety and quality. the staff's attitude could have been warmer;

The hotel is conveniently located near Hawa Mahal and the city palace, making sightseeing easy. The facilities and rooms are in top shape and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including both Indian and continental cuisines. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at Bloom Boutique - Chelon Haveli. the restored building was absolutely stunning, and the room decor added so much personality to the hotel. the location was perfect, close to the City Palace and Hawa Mahal, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Despite being a 300-year-old building, we found the hotel to be quiet and relaxing. the staff were excellent, especially Rajat at the travel desk who helped us with reasonable prices for transportation and currency exchange. the buffet breakfast and restaurant food were also top-notch.
