The room we stayed in was so cozy and had the most breathtaking view. the hotel staff, especially 'Arjun,' was super friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Great food and great vibes overall.

Stunning views and exceptional service

the food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the room that could be improved upon.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in May'22 and I must say it was an amazing experience. the room I stayed in had the most stunning view, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. the food served at the restaurant was delicious, and I must give a shoutout to Arjun; not only is he friendly and helpful, but he also bears a striking resemblance to Tiger Shroff!

there were a few instances where staff members kept knocking on my door or calling my room despite having placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign.

Amidst the snow-clad mountains, the magical warmth and service at the bar-cum-lounge were as delightful as sipping hot chocolate on a chilly winter evening.

The hotel is situated in a great location and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. the cab service provided by the hotel is top-notch and very convenient. the food is decent and reasonably priced and the buffet dinner is a great value for money. the staff is courteous, welcoming and eager to help. the hotel offers easy access to the main town and nearby excursions to the forest area, hill and temples.

The room size is small and may not be suitable for larger families. the bedding and bathroom facilities need improvement as they were not as clean and well maintained as expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, as it is near the shopping area known as "Mall Road" and the beautiful Hidimba temple. The room was cozy and had a scenic view of the city and snow-clad mountains. The staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the spa & wellness center and the sun terrace. The hotel also offers car hire and a shuttle service, making it convenient to explore the area. we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and quality services provided.
