Loved the premium rooms, they were excellent! rooms are compact & bathroom not cleaned well. But the pool view was serene and calming. Service was mind blowing with friendly staff. Only drawback - some staff were rude 😔.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Right in the center of the city, next to Tivoli Gardens, it was perfect for exploring Copenhagen on foot. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the central square. The hotel facilities were great, with an electronic key system and effective WiFi. The staff was polite and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. the parking garage next door was convenient for those traveling with a car.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, close to the famous Calangute beach. You can easily walk to Calangute Market and other attractions. the staff, especially Mr Dipak and Ms. Vibharti at the front office, were extremely helpful and made us feel like part of their family. the breakfast, with mostly vegetarian options, was delicious and a great way to start the day. the room was spacious, with three balconies offering lovely views, and the bathroom with a large bath and separate shower was a real treat.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few small things that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, with some areas needing a more thorough cleaning and freshening up.

pros clean rooms and fantastic location on main north goa calangute road just opposite to kfc. got great local tips. enjoyed the lift up to the 4th floor. the pool view from the suite was a bonus.

I always return for the welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere. First stay, they found my lost wallet. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour support, fitness center, pool, and more. Perfect fit! Coming back for Christmas.

A fancy hotel with a view! My suite had more balconies than I could count, a giant bed fit for a royal nap, and a bathroom straight out of a magazine. Feeling posh!
