we had a wonderful time at casa rio resorts. the lush greenery, well-maintained spacious rooms, and delicious food made our stay truly enjoyable. we especially loved the access to the shallow river, where the staff guided us to safe spots. the view of the garden from the plush lobby and restaurant was fantastic. we will definitely visit again.

Pros We were disappointed with the birthday cake and decorations, not worth the price. the beautiful location near the waterfalls and river made our stay at Casa Rio Resorts truly memorable. the greenery and amenities were exceptional. I recommend this hotel.

I always return for a business trip. Staff assisted with evening plans on my first stay. the resort has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, fitness centre, spa, and more. Perfect for families and individuals. No pets allowed, non-smoking rooms.

We stayed at Casa Rio Resorts for a relaxing weekend getaway. the serene greenery, plush lobby, and delicious food with a garden view made our stay delightful. the spacious, well-maintained rooms and clean pool added to the experience. We loved this place! The location near enough to the Waterfall was perfect for us. It was just a short walk away and the scenery was absolutely amazing. The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our nephew fell ill. They made him feel comfortable and even arranged some mouthwatering Kerala food for him. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the river from our room was breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the convenience of having a packed breakfast for our early morning flight. we had a fantastic experience here.

I had an amazing time at this resort near the breathtaking Athirapilly waterfalls. The location was perfect, with the river flowing right next to the resort and a glimpse of the falls from the backside. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view of the garden. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

The service at the restaurant could be improved. The food took quite a long time to be served, and there were some issues with heating the dishes.

The rooms were basic and not as clean as we had hoped, with one of the toilets lacking basic amenities such as hand wash soap. the service at the restaurant was slow and could be improved.
