I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kollam. the location is perfect, as it is just a short distance from High School junction and situated in a calm area of the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with powerful fans to keep me cool during the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the affordability of the prices.

Stayed here during Christmas and the decorations were lovely! the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the location was ideal for exploring the local area with many tourist attractions within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable with a good size bed and plenty of amenities.

I could hear everything happening in the hallways and nearby rooms which made it difficult to sleep at night. the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable.

The noise levels in some of the rooms can be bothersome, as they are situated near a power generator.
