I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel tucked away down a hillside. The location was spectacular, with stunning views of the surrounding tea estates. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the hotel had a variety of facilities, such as indoor games and cycling, to keep me entertained.

The hospitality was good and the staff was friendly with a humble nature. , complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink was a nice touch. The location was too good and quite peaceful with a view of the mountains. Lastly, the price was reasonable, making the trip worthwhile.

There was a lack of cleanliness in the rooms, with dirty linens on the bed. the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and activities to provide a better experience.

The mesmerizing man-made forest and waterfall that led to our room created a truly unique and enchanting experience. The views from the room were stunning and made waking up every morning a joy. Additionally, the special dishes arranged by the talented chef in the restaurant were outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. The prompt resolution of any issues with the TV and internet by the exceptional staff further enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and extraordinary experience.

Luxurious stay with great service and amenities. The Spa and wellness center was exceptional. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The restaurant had delicious food, including special diet menus. Room had exclusive advantages, such as private facilities.

One minor issue was the entertainment options, leisure room was a bit small.
