We had a fantastic stay at this hotel nestled in the tea plantations near the city. the cleanliness was impeccable, with amenities like on a morning plantation tour and in-house activities to keep you engaged. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location offered stunning views of the surroundings.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa services and the beautiful sun terrace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the only downside for me was the constant repetition of Christmas music, which was a bit distracting from the peaceful vibe I was after. 🌟

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay special, like organizing a special dinner for anniversaries and offering customized meals. the breakfast spread with a fusion of continental and authentic Kerala dishes is marvelous. the architectural details, like the indoor waterfall and realistic forest views, are awesome. Compared to other hotels, the service here stands out significantly. the panoramic view of the ranges from the location is the cherry on top.

The gym equipment could use an update for a better guest experience. having more variety in North Indian cuisine to match the multi-cuisine standards of a 5-star resort would be a nice touch.

Luxurious stay with great service and amenities. the Spa and wellness center was exceptional. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the restaurant had delicious food, including special diet menus.

One minor issue was the entertainment options, leisure room was a bit small. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where I was spoiled by its luxurious amenities and great service.
