We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the Golden Temple and other major attractions of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with a city tour and airport pickup at reasonable rates. The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel like family. We also appreciated their helpful food recommendations.

That there were no windows for ventilation in the room. However, this was understandable considering the location of the hotel.

Great location - close to the main sights and shopping area. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They even arranged a bus ticket for us and offered us a lovely chai in their garden. The bed was comfortable and the hotel felt new and clean.

We couldn't open our window and there was no outside ventilation. , it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that foreign credit cards were not accepted, as we had to use all our cash unexpectedly.
