The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, taking care of our every need. The Sunday Brunch was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavors. We also enjoyed the separate pool for children, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. One particular staff member, Poonam, took exceptional care of me during my time there. The highlight of my stay was when I mentioned that it was my boyfriend's birthday, and the staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, complete with balloons, cake, and flowers. It truly made his day special. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

Kudos to them and the overall staff! the rooms had a luxurious and retro design, with impressive amenities like double sinks, rain showers, and high ceilings. the breakfast buffet was extensive and well-presented, offering a wide range of options. the modern lighting system and in-room pillow menu added a touch of luxury. the pool was a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. the location was good, providing a quiet atmosphere.

From the TV on the bathroom mirror to the touch screen lighting in the room, everything was designed for convenience and luxury. The oriental fine dine restaurant, Koji, had a unique and exclusive décor that added to the overall experience. The staff was warm and knowledgeable, providing prompt service and making our stay pleasant. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and luxurious stay.

Additionally, it is just a short walk down to the coffee shop, perfect for grabbing a quick caffeine fix before a busy day. One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is the overconfident salesperson who did not honor the commitments made. Although this may have caused a bit of discomfort and stress, the rest of the experience at the hotel more than made up for this one negative note.
