The stay was mind-blowing! SUPER CLEAN rooms, fresh towels, amazing restaurant, top-notch gym, and exceptional spa experience. the staff was jaw-droppingly gentle and kind, making it a definite repeat destination!

The staff was very friendly and courteous, and I appreciated the upgrade to a Jr suite. the hotel's location near Infosys campus was convenient, and amenities like the mid-size swimming pool, spa, and gym made for a relaxing stay. Exploring nearby landmarks like GRS Fantasy Park and Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama added to our family bonding experience, making our stay enjoyable overall.

I had a great value for my money at County Retreat. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our family of three. The location was convenient, especially for those working in the industrial area nearby. The staff were polite and friendly, and the restaurant staff in Mosiac went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.

The morning meal could use more variety, but overall it was good.

The hotel's location was very convenient, located near popular attractions and in a tranquil neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms were top-notch and very comfortable; my family and I had an enjoyable stay. Additionally, the employees provided excellent service and the mosaic restaurant offered some delicious cuisine.

The restaurant did not have centralized AC which made it uncomfortable while dining, and even after repeated requests, the management did not switch it on.

Clean and well-maintained property with polite and helpful staff. Impressive reception area with efficient check-in/out process. Good-sized room and comfortable linens. Buffet with plenty of food variety at affordable prices. an excellent stay with commendable staff and amenities.

Just stayed at a cozy hotel near the highway with amazing room service and a delicious Indian breakfast. the staff's warm smiles made my day! DEFINITELY coming back! the rooms are even better in person than in photos.

The reception staff, security staff, and housekeeping team were exceptional. The quality of the food, including the breakfast and dinner buffet, was excellent with a wide selection of choices. The Mosaic restaurant had kind and courteous staff who provided great service. The hotel maintained good hygiene practices, with hand sanitizers available throughout the premises. The ambience was lovely, and the hospitality from the smiling staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We also enjoyed a nice treat at the Spa center with a relaxing massage. it was a great stay!

Our 2-night stay at Country Inn was comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. We were pleasantly surprised by the arrange of takeaway breakfast available when we had an early morning start. we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel.

The room advantages were unparalleled - spacious and comfortable beds, lavish decor, and a huge TV. The restaurant offered scrumptious, freshly-prepared meals that catered to all our dietary needs, and the bar/lounge area had a fantastic selection of drinks. The breakfast spread was huge, and we were offered in-room breakfast as well. The staff provided impeccable service, making us feel welcome and special throughout our stay. The location advantages were impressive, with easy access to the city's attractions.

The only minor issue was the lack of BBQ facilities. However, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

During our thanksgiving vacation, we received complementary cookies and drinks on arrival and a free shuttle service to nearby attractions. the location was great, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. we enjoyed the balcony with a nice view.

The bathroom had a foul smell and the carpet was stained. the staff also seemed disinterested in helping us with our needs.
