Although the hotel has some shortcomings, we found the location convenient. However, the poor hospitality and lack of helpful staff made our stay disappointing.

The breakfast here was just mind, blowing, offering delicious South Indian dishes and masala tea. the in, room dining experience was super, with an EXCELLENT menu and service.

We had a lovely stay at Courtyard. the breakfast was fantastic with live music. the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Pakhuri, Shabita, and Sarita. Our room was spacious and clean, and the in-room dining was exceptional.

The housekeeping staff is courteous, keeping the rooms tidy and clean.

I simply adored the elegant lobby area with its comfortable seating and lovely décor, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. the easy accessibility of the hotel, with helpful staff always ready to assist seniors, made my stay truly delightful.

The children working there could offer more tailored activities for senior guests.

This hotel was a great place to spend Easter weekend! the complementary chocolate eggs and Easter decorations provided a lovely touch. the hotel is located in the heart of the city and made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. we loved the rooftop pool and bar, which provided a great place to relax and enjoy the city view.

The service at times was quite slow, especially during breakfast hours. our room was not cleaned properly on one of the days.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that exceeded our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was an indulgence, with massage treatments that were invigorating while we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. the Rooftop pool and Sun terrace were also great areas to relax and unwind. the service was exceptional, staff anticipating our every need.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the restaurant menu, making it difficult to dine here for an extended stay. Although the quality of the food was good, we would have preferred greater variety.
