The staff here at this hotel were fantastic and very helpful. They really made my stay enjoyable. the room service was just very warm and helpful. the breakfast spread was good, and the restaurant was amazing. I even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. the dedication and friendliness of the staff were exceptional.

One thing that could be improved is the location of the hotel. It's a bit out of the center, but I didn't mind as much since the service made up for it.

The database was impressive, with a wide range of information available at my fingertips. the room was luxurious, boasting both a hand-held shower and an overhead rain shower. It was also incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long day.

Although the room was spacious and well-appointed, I did notice a slight smell of smoke lingering in the air. This was a minor annoyance in an otherwise fantastic stay.

The team was exceptional - from the friendly reception to the helpful restaurant staff. Mr Rahul's breakfast and Ms. Bhani's herbal tea recommendation were highlights. the modern, clean rooms with excellent bathrooms, including both hand-held and rain showers, were impressive. the staff's attentiveness, especially in room service, was commendable.

The staff was top-notch, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious, with a special shoutout to Culinary Director Dwivedy for the outstanding dinner - that Clear Veg Soup with burnt garlic and baked Gulab Jamun with Rabri was a hit! the spa lounge was a great spot to unwind and Mr Rahul's breakfast service was fantastic, plus the herbal tea recommended by Ms. Bhani was a lovely touch. Only downside was the strict policy about locals staying, but overall, had a fab time! 🌟

The venue is a newly constructed marvel which boasted exclusive and luxurious amenities. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, offering a variety of treatments including waxing, manicure, and facial. the rooftop pool with sun loungers provided an incredible view of the surroundings. the restaurant served great food with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

The location was a bit further from the centre, but taxis were available on request.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, even in the midst of construction. the restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including vegetarian options, and the chef even made us a farewell cake! the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ravi and Krish who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
