They even fulfilled our request for a cake upon check-in. the location, being close to the airport, was convenient, and the check-in staff were very helpful. the breakfast spread was impressive, and the dining room staff went above and beyond, offering to cook special dishes for us. we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return to this property.

The hotel is incredibly convenient as it is literally a stone's throw away from the airport and provides a free airport transfer. The spacious and luxurious rooms offer a comfortable bed, a stand-in shower, and a bath tub. The friendly staff provides excellent service, especially at the Momo Cafe where the breakfast spread is huge with local and international dishes. The gym is decent with good cardio and weight equipment.

The lobby and restaurant areas can be quite warm and not ideal for a humid place like Kochi.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! the room sizes were luxurious, and we were pleased that our request for a room closer to the lift was accommodated. the fast wifi allowed us to catch up on much-needed sleep during our layover. the comfortable beds ensured uninterrupted rest. the complimentary airport pick up and drop off was a great convenience. the helpful staff, particularly Ms. Adwaitha, provided exceptional service by planning our itinerary and recommending excellent restaurants. the breakfast, prepared by Chef Ravi, was the best we've had in India, with accommodating options for our dietary requirements. the buffets were exceptional, and the staff always served with a smile. We were truly impressed!

We stayed at the Courtyard for our last night of vacation, as it's conveniently located only 12 minutes from the airport. The staff was superb and the upgrade to an enormous suite was a nice surprise. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and the buffet was excellent. The bar and restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff, especially Sangi Mizo, were helpful and friendly. a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
