From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed by the premium service they offered. the staff here, especially Amitab and Koyal at the front desk, were fantastic, helpful, and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. the breakfast spread was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. the entire staff, from the restaurant to the front desk, were all very professional, cooperative, and helpful. the location was ideal, being close to the airport and in the heart of the city.

If I had to nitpick, it would be great to have more dustbins near the washbasins in the rooms. though, there wasn't much to fault at this hotel.

From hitting up HOTEL TRIPLETS and ENTERTAINMENT spots nearby, to chilling by the sick pool - total vibes! the staff were dope, always making sure we had a blast.

Wish there was a cool rooftop bar for late-night hangouts, that would have been epic!

The staff is customer-friendly, especially Bijay Jena. The GM is making improvements. Food is good. Room layout is well-designed with proper utility and good AC. a wonderful stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for a romantic escape. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed the large, clean rooms with modern bathrooms. It was great that we could open and close the curtains with a button at the bedside. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the live music performances by a sitar and tabla duo in the evenings.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, we did have some negatives to point out. the pool looked great in pictures, but was murky in reality and lacked seating options.
