I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff at this hotel. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the restaurant offered a fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of delicious options.

One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. There were some issues with leaking faucets and worn-out amenities that could use attention.

poor restaurant service

The hotel was conveniently located near popular spots and had good complimentary breakfast and drinks. They also offered a free shuttle service to nearby attractions which was a great added bonus.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the noisy location of the hotel. the constant traffic noise and loud music from nearby clubs kept us up all night.

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza in Ahmedabad. The service was truly IHG standard and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of local cuisine. The gym was well equipped and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The airport transfers were smooth, making my travel experience hassle-free. I had a nice stay.

Although the check-in process took some time and there were a lot of forms to be filled, the helpful nature of the staff made up for it. I also appreciated the complimentary pastries given to us as we were traveling with small kids.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, made my stay truly indulgent. the massage and body scrub in the treatment room were exceptional and left me feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I had was that the pool with view was not available due to maintenance. this did not impact my overall experience, as the outdoor swimming pool was still accessible and had a great atmosphere.

As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable stay, amazing service and food, and the helpful staff at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad. The room sizes and facilities were up to the mark, and the swimming pool was really nice. it's a great place to stay on SG Highway.

As I was traveling with my elderly grandparents, I was concerned about their comfort and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. From helping them alight from the vehicle to providing a wheelchair and escorting them to the room, the team at the lobby, including the concierge, security, and front desk, were extremely courteous and helpful. Our check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the porters provided prompt service without any extra wait time. the rooms were spacious and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the hotel's flexibility in providing a packed breakfast when we had to leave early. the staff at the restaurant reached out to inquire about our requirements, although I found the packaging for the breakfast could be improved compared to other star hotels like ITC.
