While the hotel is a bit of a trek from the beach, offering a complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes would take this place to the next level. the coffee was a bit steep at 250 rupees a cup, but everything else about the stay still sparkled like the Palolem sun.

Loved the look, excellent staff, and good rooms. the beach is just a 20-minute walk away, and their recommended taxi driver was fantastic for exploring. Enjoyed the welcoming drink upon arrival and the clean and spacious rooms. the pool was a nice touch for relaxing.

Breakfast service was slow and the options were limited. the laundry service was a letdown, and lukewarm water in the shower was disappointing.
