the room with the amazing rainforest shower was a standout feature, providing a luxurious and refreshing experience. having a balcony or verandah attached to the room added a lovely touch to the overall accommodation.

The only minor downside I experienced was the limited selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in the database. An expanded offering would have been a nice added touch to elevate the experience.

The room was cozy and had a lovely view of the backwater. I loved the rainfall showerhead!

The view of the backwaters from the pool at Deshadan was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the picturesque landscape. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Jesus das, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From arranging tours to ensuring we had breakfast to go, he truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Alappuzha.

The hotel offers complimentary activities such as cycling, table tennis, and carom. the location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers as it overlooks a beautiful lake. Watching kingfishers and water birds feeding and flying over the water was a treat to the eyes. the hotel has a pool area and porch area to sit outside each room. the breakfast and buffet dinner were good.

Some parts of the hotel require maintenance. It was a bit disturbing to find rabbits moving freely in the premises.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the stunning view of the lake. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, bicycle hire, and airport shuttle available. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. With the free Wi-Fi in rooms and free toiletries provided, we felt very well taken care of.

The stay at Deshadan Backwater Resort was truly unforgettable! From the check-in to the friendly staff, everything was amazing. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the plunge pool was a great addition. The room had Netflix for entertainment, and the staff went above and beyond by accommodating us after checkout. The backwaters view, private pool, and greenery inside the property were also soothing.

We stayed at a lovely cozy property for our family holiday. The location was in a peaceful area right by the Vembanad lake, offering breathtaking views. The rooms were comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the in-room dining option was reasonably priced.

The resort's location on a small pond created by an artificial waterlog and the presence of plastic bottles in the area were not ideal.
