I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Chennai, and I must say, my experience at Design Hotel was exceptional. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room. The warm and efficient service provided by the staff, including Mr. Rajshekhar at the reception, made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's location in the Phoenix MarketCity Mall was convenient for shopping and entertainment. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the hotel being a bit far from the city's main attractions and some ongoing construction work, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Justa Design Hotel Chennai. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Chennai. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

The breakfast was quite good with a fair amount of hot and cold choices. the staff members were mostly friendly and willing to provide help or suggestions for city activities. the location was convenient being within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping options.

Despite the modern-looking decor, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. the sheets and towels were slightly yellowed and there were noticeable stains on the carpet.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The mini restaurant on premise served a delicious complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was ideal, in the centre of Chennai, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, as mentioned in the reviews, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. it was a great value for money.

The light switches in the room were a bit confusing and could have been labeled for easier use.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right inside the Phoenix market city mall. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my doorstep. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, from the doorman till the waiter, they were all so friendly and attentive. The service provided was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and all the amenities you could ask for, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a television with a flat-screen. The facilities, like the swimming pool and fitness center, were also fantastic. And to top it all off, the free Wi-Fi was a huge bonus!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, facilities, and location are all superb.

Justa is a beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. It truly feels like an oasis of luxury in this bustling city. the hotel's prime location, on top of a shopping center and just 20 minutes away from the airport , is very convenient. the breakfast served at Annam Cafe is amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality and tasty food that rivals a 5-star restaurant. the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are stocked with luxurious amenities. the front desk staff, especially Mr Rjshekar, was exceptional, providing quick and efficient check-in and check-out services, as well as helping us find taxis. His friendliness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated.
