The staff, especially Govind, were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The hotel's attention to detail and services were outstanding. The only downside was the need for transportation to the old city.

I was blithely enjoying my masala oats breakfast when I heard a lofty thud and peered out the window, only to find the grand Red Fort plonked itself right across the lane. the hotel's mosaic floors begged for dance shows, and the staff—bless them—made me feel like a Mogul with their unrivaled attention. the nearby sitar wails made me wander barefoot; alas, my heart and sole were forever taken by the subtle elegance of the grand manor-esque abode.

The layout of the bathrooms left something to be desired, lacking a proper shield for the shower, leaving the whole space wet and inconvenient. Some amenities like a wardrobe, safe-box, and do not disturb signs were missing.

La posizione era ottima, situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Inoltre, si trovava a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Muratella, il che era estremamente comodo per spostarsi in città. La camera era pulita e il letto era comodo, garantendo un buon riposo durante la notte. Il personale alla reception era cortese e disponibile.

Unica nota negativa è stata la mancanza di un frigobar in camera. Sarebbe stato comodo avere un frigo per conservare bevande o cibi freddi, soprattutto in estate.
