We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary at Novotel. The room decoration was lovely, with flowers and special touches. The staff, especially Ms Pari and Mr Rohit Das, were very cooperative and made our stay pleasant. The kids enjoyed the play area and swimming pool, while the chef accommodated their needs. the hotel's hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance were excellent. I highly recommend this property, especially for couples and families.

A very nice stay at Novotel, a lovely hotel right on the beach. We were made very welcome upon our early arrival and given our bands to enjoy the facilities until our room was ready. The room was clean, tidy, and had a user-friendly safe and efficient air-con. The small and intimate hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The staff, especially Santosh, Wendell and his team, Veron, and Sadnha, were superb. Karen, the Tui rep, was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring South Goa, with access to good restaurants and bars. The food at Novotel was excellent and the staff, particularly Ms Gita and Mr. Hemant, were extremely hospitable. I recommend this hotel.

Pricing is a bit high compared to the facilities and infrastructure of the property. Additionally, a late check-out was charged, which was unexpected.

Property is close to the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent local restaurants nearby. Vast and clean Cavelossim Beach for walking and swimming. Beach restaurants offer free sun beds with mattresses. Clean and well-maintained grounds and gardens. Helpful and prompt staff service. Supermarket and shops in the vicinity. The breakfast at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort was excellent with a wide variety of Western and Asian options. The staff was attentive and the pool area was spacious and clean with plenty of sunbeds. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach was close by. We also appreciated being able to use the facilities before our room was ready.

There were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of greeting upon arrival and the delay in getting one of our rooms ready. The buggy service also didn't take us all the way to our location, which was inconvenient for senior citizens.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing resort in Goa. It was definitely worth the money as I got to enjoy a beautiful two-room cottage with a balcony, providing my family with privacy. The staff were incredibly friendly and the property was well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to a stunning beach just a 2-minute walk away. a fantastic experience with great ambiance, delicious food, and courteous service.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of vegetarian options. The desserts didn't meet my expectations, which was a bit disappointing.

We especially loved the delicious food that was served at the on-site restaurants. the resort's location was also a big plus, with a private access to a stunning beach just a short walk away. it was a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.

The variety of tropical plants in the landscape was impressive. The gym was also okay. The breakfast was good, although repetitive, and the overall stay was enjoyable. We had an outstanding experience at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property was well-maintained and had something for everyone. The pool was great, and the easy access to the beach was a plus. The restaurants served delicious cuisines, keeping boredom away. we had a relaxing and amazing time.

The hotel, with its well-maintained surroundings and generous greenery, provided a visually pleasing experience. The comfortable and well-furnished rooms, complete with a large balcony and drying stand, were cozy and practical. The staff was eager to assist and interacted excellently with children. The all-around experience was perfect for couples with toddlers, making it a superb place to stay.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities here include an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the beach access is convenient, and the spa lounge offers relaxation for all. I loved the BBQ facilities and the sun loungers in the garden area, and the entertainment was live and impressive.

The only minor issue I had was with the dinner options. the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of special diet menus available.

Excellent location, sumptuous food, large pool. Manicured garden, lots of greenery, great cleanliness. Ideal for family and kids.

Staff were excellent, especially F&B team at Seagull restaurant. Special appreciation for Dailon, Anfal, Benson, and Vensurin. The guest relations managers were also great. The GM, Mr. Dennis, took the time to chat with us. Kids enjoyed the play area and pool. Memorable holiday.

Spent new year at a fantastic resort with great complementary facts including free wifi and a shuttle bus to the beach. Perfectly located close to great restaurants and shopping. the best aspect was the amazing pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere.

The worst aspect was the food quality at the restaurant which did not meet expectations. the staff, although friendly, were a bit slow and inattentive leading to long waiting times.
