Wow! Great stay! Loved the fabulous views and the warm hospitality. the staff were friendly and pampered us with lovely cakes and biscuits with our tea. the old-world charm and classy design of the property added to the overall experience. the location near the ancient and scenic monastery was a definite plus.

The pet dog in the small garden needs more attention and care. It looked quite lonely, and even though the staff tries their best, they should have someone specially trained to play and exercise with the dog.

The hotel provided a truly breathtaking view of the majestic Kanchenjunga mountain and the surrounding snow-covered peaks. The well-maintained property and comfortable rooms allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning scenery. The polite and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, and the tasty food added to the experience. The proximity to Pemayangtse Monastery and Rabdentse ruins allowed for easy exploration. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location and pleasant ambiance.

The hotel is located on top of the hills, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It is very close to the main attraction of the city, the Pemayangtse Monastery. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The gardens are well-maintained, adding to the charming ambiance of the hotel.

The wifi, regular power, and food quality are not up to the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber.

From the moment we entered, the exclusive amenities and luxurious service of this hotel impressed us. the Spa & wellness center offered the best massages we've ever experienced, and the BBQ facilities in the private area were delightful. the restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar served mouth-watering breakfast with an amazing view. We were blown away by the location advantages as we strolled around the garden enjoying the scenic beauty.

the only minor issue we faced was with the dinner buffet, which could have had more variety.
