Exceptional service during our stay at Elgin Nor-Khill. The hotel arranged everything for our sightseeing and transportation needs, making our trip hassle-free. The food included in our package was delicious and they even had customized options for our children. The rooms were well-maintained and provided hot water round the clock. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

The interiors are grand with priceless artwork. Staff treats you like royalty. Food is excellent. Gardens offer mountain views. Highly recommended.

The Elgin Norkhill in Gangtok is a charming heritage hotel with a smooth check-in and check-out process. The interiors reflect rich decoration and the property is well-maintained with a beautiful lawn. The restaurant staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast spread is reasonable, offering good Indian vegetarian options. The location is convenient, being only a 10-minute walk from MG Road.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. It is also situated next to the Paljore stadium, providing a unique backdrop for your stay. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with amenities such as a bath tub and a geyser for hot water. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious, offering a taste of the local cuisine.

One morning, breakfast wasn't ready until 8am, despite the stated timing of 7-10am.

What an amazing city break! I loved the friendly staff; they went out of their way to make us feel special. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely fantastic with a lot of variety and high-quality food that was delicious. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing garden, it was such a peaceful escape with the beautifully maintained flowers and comfortable seating.

Although the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they were a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the pedestal bathtub made it difficult to take a proper shower.

Staying at this hotel was a luxury experience! The exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my needs and exceeded my expectations. The Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The Garden area was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the surrounding valleys, while the Leisure/ TV room was a great place to unwind. The room itself was spacious and elegantly decorated with high-end furnishings and private facilities. The Restaurant was fantastic, serving delicious food with a good variety.

Despite the luxurious experience, I did have one minor issue. The Bar/ Lounge area was a bit small and crowded, making it difficult to find a seat during peak hours.
