Despite a rocky start with my room reservation, the hotel pleasantly surprised me with its cozy leisure room and well-equipped TV lounge, providing a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. the only downside was the lack of communication and clarity regarding refund policies, leaving me slightly confused about the payment process, but it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience. 🌟

In terms of improvements, there was one small issue with the invoice during check-out. However, the hotel staff assured me that it would be sent online, so I'm confident it will be resolved soon.

The only positive thing about my Easter getaway was the two complimentary drinks that we received upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. to this, the hotel had a great restaurant that served delicious food throughout the day.

My stay was a complete nightmare. From dirty linen to rude staff, this hotel was a complete disaster.
