The staff provided excellent service, being polite, helpful, and prompt in addressing any concerns. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the food quality was generally good. Additionally, the hotel had a poolside cafeteria and a cozy coffee area at the reception.

The staff at Fairfield were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

One drawback I encountered during my stay was the inconvenience of the ensuite bathrooms. The diagonal mirror on the sink made it difficult to get an even shave, and the shower enclosure glass door was poorly placed, making it challenging to access the towels.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities with excellent service. The staff are warm, attentive, and efficient, making them the hotel's best asset. The spacious and clean rooms are comfortable. The restaurant provides quality food, and the staff, especially Deepti, are accommodating, providing information for things to do and always smiling. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, and the in-room servers, Ashish and Aarif, were also professional.

The breakfast was a letdown, with poor quality and preparation, and a few items were not up to par. Some fruit seemed day-old, and the pineapple was raw and tasteless, while the juice appeared watered down.
