The staff at the hotel provided exceptional care and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, including accommodating late check-out and preparing a delicious take-away meal upon departure. However, the service in the restaurant could benefit from more organization to streamline the dining experience for guests.

Loved the warm and friendly staff, with special shoutouts to Michelle at the front desk, Rahul in the restaurant, and Ganesh for room service. The head chef personally catered to guests, and the property was clean and had nice rooms. The location was perfect, with both Calangute and Candolim beaches nearby. Truly a must-visit property for adventure travelers.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area which is not very crowded. The breakfast options are great, with a waffle station and an omelette station. The hotel staff is attentive and polite.

I had an amazing candlelight dinner at "The Patio" arranged by Ms. Sunita Kamat. The decorations were beautiful, and the staff surprised us by gathering for the cake cutting. The food was delicious, and we felt like we were at home. The location of the hotel is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a special celebration.

The location of the hotel is not very close to the beach, but it is at a manageable distance from Calangute Beach by car. Additionally, it is within walking distance from the beach, making it convenient for those who prefer to explore on foot. The restaurant, especially during breakfast, offers a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel's complimentary breakfast service could use improvement, as guests have reported issues with seating arrangements and delays in being seated.

It was a great city break! the complementary services such as the helpful staff, yummy desserts, and tours and travels outside the hotel made the trip more enjoyable. We liked the key location which was near two beaches and perfect for exploring the city. the property is also clean and nice, with tempting food made by the chef.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected for the money spent. we had to manage our own transportation which was a bit inconvenient.
