My recent stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience very enjoyable. the hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to various restaurants and pubs, enhancing the overall stay. the room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my 4-day stay. the restaurant served a delightful breakfast spread, which was a perfect start to each day.

One area that could be improved is having a more efficient and responsive service delivery. There were instances where staff took longer than necessary to fulfill simple requests, leading to some inconvenience.

Enjoyed my stay at Fairfield By Marriott Lucknow despite some hiccups. Room was excellent and comfortable. Polite staff and decent pricing. Food had some ups and downs, but overall a good experience. Perhaps not ideal for families, but great for solo travelers and business stays.

we had a delightful stay at Fairfield. the food, especially the Awadhi Biriyani, was impressive. buffet meals were superb and the location was fantastic. the staff, though lacking in attention at times, were generally good and cooperative. the room, albeit small, was comfortable for two people.

The breakfast spread was mind-blowing with plenty of options to choose from, offering a delightful variety each day. the room may have seemed small but was surprisingly comfortable for single or double occupancy, making for a cozy stay. the staff were super friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth check-out process, adding a personal touch to the overall experience.

Comfort: I felt like a VIP surrounded by comforts such as 24-hour room service and deluxe bedding. It was like being wrapped in a fluffy cloud of relaxation and luxury, making my stay truly indulgent.
