During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views of the surrounding tea plantations from our room. The resort had excellent WiFi connectivity, which was a relief considering the poor mobile network coverage. The staff were well trained and accommodating, and the food, especially the tea leaf pakodas, was delicious. The resort also offered a variety of activities and excursions, such as a Jeep Safari and fishing pond, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. we would highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Vagamon.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and even surprised me on my birthday with a small cake during breakfast. I also enjoyed the lovely view of the tea plantations from the balcony. The complementary pool table was a great addition to pass the time and have fun with friends. the precautions taken by the hotel to keep flies away from the room were appreciated.

the unreliable wifi was a little frustrating, especially since there was no mobile reception in the area. Lastly, the presence of some bugs and spiders in the room due to the location was a small inconvenience, but not a major issue overall.
